Kim joined the practice after a banking career that spanned more than thirty years, most of it at Truist and its predecessor BB&T. She was named a branch leader in December 1998 and spent the next two and a half decades leading teams, coaching bankers and keeping her branch on the right side of every regulatory requirement.
Retail banking leadership repeatedly assigned her as a merger buddy, helping colleagues through organizational transitions, including an FDIC acquisition. She was recognized with the Sterling Performance Award under BB&T and with the Truist Performance Award in 2022.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
Faith, family and service come first for Kim. Sundays after church, she and her husband Jason prep the week’s meals together. Their two children, Levi and Emily, are both college graduates. Kim came to Four Lights looking for a way to keep making a difference for people in her community, and that is what she does here.
