Andrea’s career in financial services developed naturally through more than two decades of showing up for clients, paying attention to the details, and treating people with genuine care. Today, she helps guide the day-to-day operations of the practice while remaining closely connected to the individuals and families the team serves.
Her perspective is shaped by many of the same milestones clients bring into financial conversations. Andrea has built a home, raised children, welcomed grandchildren, and begun thinking about what she wants the next chapters of life to look like. Those experiences give her an appreciation for the people behind every financial decision and the many ways priorities can change over time.
Andrea takes time to get to know clients and understand what is important to them. Whether someone is navigating a significant life event or simply needs a familiar person who knows their situation, she approaches each interaction with patience and personal attention. For Andrea, client service is about being present, listening carefully, and helping the team respond thoughtfully when clients need support.
Her leadership behind the scenes reflects that same mindset. By keeping the practice organized and attentive to the details of the client experience, Andrea helps create an environment where relationships remain at the center of the work.
Outside the Office
For Andrea, many of life’s favorite moments are the uncomplicated ones spent with the people she loves. She and her husband, Carl, have been married since 1983 and have two children, Staci and Justin, along with four grandchildren.
Raised in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, Andrea now enjoys filling her time away from work with family gatherings, travel, swimming, boating, reading, music, board games, and baking. Some days may involve a trip or an afternoon on the water, while others are simply an opportunity to gather around a table, play a game, or spend time together.
